February 17th – 21st

The Long Life Practice of Mandarava

Explanation and Practice of Chudlen and Tsalungs of Mandarava

with Nina Robinson

The Jnana Dakini Mandarava practice is one of the most significant practices in the teachings of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu for strengthening the life force.  If our energy is weak or damaged, we are more open to negative influences and obstacles in our life and meditation.  Together with Tsalung breathing and Chudlen, Mandarava practice directs the practitioner to integrate the essence of the elements in the body on a path toward the body of light and total realization.
During this weekend retreat, Nina will guide the Short and Long Mandarava Terma Practices as revealed by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu.  Instruction will include mudras and mantras, use of instruments, making the dadar, application of Chudlen Practice, and Tsalung breathing.
